Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where items arrive broken or damaged. In such cases, we provide a replacement or an appropriate solution for the customer.
Start a return
Submit a request with order details within 6 hours of receiving your order.
Prepare your item
Pack the item securely with the original packaging when possible.
Ship it back
Use the provided label or drop it off at a carrier location.
Get your refund
Refunds are processed after inspection.
- •Within 2 hours after placing the order, if the product has not yet entered production, a request for change or cancellation can be submitted.
- •Since most of our products are personalised (with names, photos, texts, or unique designs), once production has started it is not possible to cancel the order or issue a refund.
- •Include all accessories and tags
- •Proof of purchase required
- •The product arrived damaged during transport.
- •It was made with an error on our part (wrong name, colour, design, or text) which the customer did not point out during the design preparation process.
- •The product is different from the one specified in your order.
- •Any price differences will be adjusted
- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- •Processing time is typically 3–7 business days
- •Shipping costs are non-refundable unless defective
- •You will receive a confirmation email
